Hello Fellow Freedom Fighters,

    The A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota Board of Directors (Chapter Reps) were seeking direction from their chapter members by having them select one of three options in regards to A.B.A.T.E of Minnesota's efforts to pass an "Enhanced Penalties Bill" for the 2012 Legislative session. Chapter Reps will then bring their Chapters option of choice to the October 2011 BOD 'Meeting for a full vote by the Board and then will present the favored option to the A.B.A.T.E. of MN Legislative team.
    
    At the October 2, 2011 meeting, East Central Chapter voted to except and  pass the following motion to except Option # 1 to be presented to the A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota Board of Directors, 
Option #1 reads as follows:
 
OPTION # 1
 Direct the A.B.A.T.E. of MN Legislative team to continue seeking passage of the bill
with the full support of A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota and its members by making a firm commitment to support the following plan of action:     
    
    a. Increase our Chapter and individual contributions to Motorcycle PAC of Minnesota 
    
    b. Double our attendance at Biker day 2012
    
    c.   Drastically increase the amount of letters, emails and phone calls to our State Senators and State Representatives from our members. 
    
    d. Respectfully ask your State Senators and State Representatives to support our bill and ask them to encourage members of their party to support our
bill.
